Hosted PBX Service

IP Phones at your store running off our cloud PBX platform. Advantages: Flexibility, low cost, advanced features Overflow calls between locations if franchisee has multiple stores.

Callerid Delivery​

​VoIP capable caller-id box.You can switch from copper lines to VoIP without losing the caller-id pops on your POS system.
​ E-FAX accounts – we can connect your analog fax machine and/or provide you with an e-fax account.

Call Center services

​We can assist people from just one or to to hundreds of locations with both in-house (your staff) and out-sourced (someone else's staff) call centers.  Even if all you need is to let a few people take calls/enter orders from home!

Cellular Backup Internet

​4G wireless backup for your store Internet means that even if your internet service fails, your phones, credit card processing and web order flow stays up!

Easy Install

​We can send an installer or you can handle that yourself.  Installation is quick ans easy, and about half our customers self install. Either way, we make it easy, and ensure that it is done without interfering with your business.

​Dealing with covid-19 related needs

​We can make very rapid changes to your call flow as your needs change.  Start of call messages to  inform customers, auto attendants to let customers self-navigate - example:
"Thank you for calling Super Pizza.  We are open for curbside pickup and delivery, but out dining room in closed.  If you have arrived for curbside pickup press one.  To place an order press two.  To hear what we are doing to keep you safe press three"
When the customer presses one for curb side pickup we can bump that call to the head of the queue and use a different ringtone, or perhaps ring a cordless phone being carried by a "runner".
Would you like to have one or two people answering phones and taking orders from home?  Depending on your POS system, this may be easy!  One method is an inexpensive laptop, our free softphone running on it, and remote desktop to link to one of the POS stations in the store.   There are several options, so please reach out to us to discuss.
