PizzaCloud has one primary business: We help pizza restaurants lower their phone bills and increase sales through improved phone handling, new features, advanced reporting, and managed network services.
What can PizzaCloud do for you?
- We provide Cloud PBX service, replacing your analog phones with new IP handsets and giving you advanced features at low cost. We include 10 call paths and 6 extensions at one low price.
- By installing a Vertex VoIP aware callerID box you will continue to receive callerID POPs as calls come in. If your POS system vendor offers Vertex CallerID boxes they will provide that unit and configure it and the POS system to work together. If not, we will do so.
- With our cellular backup Internet service, your phones, web orders, and credit card processing will stay up when your Internet service goes down.

4. Bulletproof cellular Internet backup.
We will install a router with an integrated cellular backup modem and provide a cellular backup service. This can be used to protect just the phones, or the phones and POS system connection, so if your Internet goes down everything stays connected.
5. Quick and easy install.
You can self install, or we can do it for you. About 70% of our customers self-install with no issues. We always assign a temporary phone number so the new phones can be tested, call flow adjusted, etc. Then you forward your existing number to the temporary number until it moved over to our service.
6. Numbers for new stores.
We understand that you need to have a number assigned months before your store opens. We will work to get you a "good" number and hold it for up to six months at no charge, with that number forwarding to your mobile so you know it is really yours.

POS System Integration
We worked with CallerID.com while they developed their Vertex VoIP aware callerID box. If you have a callerID "Whooze Calling" box now, then the Vertex box is a drop in the replacement, and will function with virtually all POS systems. (new stores -- order a Vertex in place of the Whooze Calling box). If your POS system is capable of it (such as Foodtec), the Vertex box can do station level pops. This means that when you answer at the phone next to station #3, the call pops on station #3 instead of you having to pick from a list of calls. The few seconds per call this saves adds up over the thousands of calls per month. |
