VoIP capable caller-id box: Our founder assisted Callerid.com in creating their Vertex VoIP compatible callerid box, so you can switch from copper lines to VoIP without losing the callerid pops on your POS system. If your POS systems supports station specific pops, then it can to the pop automatically on the station next to the phone where the call was answered.
Callerid delivery WITHOUT a caller-id box: Our phone system is able to generate the same callerid packets as the standard analog or voip callerid boxes. If your POS system can accept callerid from a Whoozecalling or Vertex box without requiring a serial cable connection, then we should be able to deliver callerid directly, saving you the cost of a callerid box ($500 or more).
We do this now for Arrow, Revention, Foodtec, Speedline, Positouch and several more.
E-FAX accounts: we can connect your analog fax machine and/or provide you with an e-fax account.
Cellular Internet Backup: We will install a router with integrated cellular modem ahead of your existing firewall. This will keep everything running if your Internet goes down. Not just the IP phones, but also your credit card processing and web order flow will continue to work even when your primary Internet goes down.
Managed network services: We can provide real time monitoring of your Internet service, calling in tickets to your Internet provider if there is trouble.

- Start of call "Upsell" messages. "Thanks for calling Bob's Pizza. Add a salad today". "Thanks for calling Bob's Pizza. Did you know we have great subs and wings as well as pizza?". "Thanks for calling Bob's Pizza. Ask about our decadent brownies."
These upsell messages add revenue. - Time-of-day/day-of-week routing. Do you have lunch or dinner specials? The phone system can play those when people call during those hours. After/before hours the system can play a closed message, remind people that they can order online and schedule for later delivery etc. That helps capture corporate callers who call you early in the morning to place a large lunch order.
- Real time and historical reports – how many calls are YOU losing? How long are people waiting? With our system you will know how well you are doing answering the phones.
- Call recording is a standard feature. Listen to random calls for quality assurance, or find a customer's call if they complain about staff or an incorrect order.
- Custom reports, such as a “lost opportunity” report, showing you people who’s calls were not answered, and who did not call back.
- Auto attendants. Do you have a large facility with catering, party rooms, a full bar? You can answer calls with "Thank you for calling xxxx! For information on our party room, catering and other options press one, or stay on the line to place an order".
- Full call center features - we can support a central call center for your stores or even use the staff at all stores as a distributed call center.
